The things you can't see are the ones we look for.

Pests in the walls. Moisture behind the paint. Grease inside the duct.

We find it. We clear it. We put it in writing.

Pest control. Mold inspection. Kitchen hood cleaning.

And a trusted partner for everything else your property needs.

What we do

Three things we do ourselves. Everything else, through people we trust.

Every job ends the same way: a clear result you can show someone. A dated tag on a hood. A written air report. A building the tenant stops calling about.

Pest control

Mice, roaches, bed bugs, ants, wasps. We treat the problem, seal the way in, and come back to check.

  • Child-safe and pet-safe options
  • Entry points sealed, not just sprayed
  • Follow-up visit included

Mold inspection

An independent look at what's behind the paint. Moisture readings, air samples when they're needed, and a written plan before anyone removes anything.

  • We inspect. We don't sell the removal.
  • New York law requires that separation. So do we.
  • Report you can hand to a landlord, a tenant, or a buyer

Kitchen hood cleaning

Hood, duct, fan, and filters, cleaned to bare metal. Dated tag on the hood, photos before and after, and a report you can hand to the fire marshal.

  • Cleaned to the NFPA 96 standard
  • Scheduled around your service hours
  • Before and after photos with every job

Through our partners

Everything else your property needs

Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, roofing, mold removal, deep cleaning. When your building needs something we don't do in-house, we bring in a partner we've worked with before, and we stay your one point of contact.

One number to call. One person who answers for the work.

How it works

One visit. Then it's in writing.

01

You call or book online.

We ask a few questions and send a written quote. No work starts until you approve it.

02

We show up on time and look where the problem hides.

Behind the paint, inside the duct, along the wall where the noise is. Then we explain what we found, in plain words.

03

You get the all clear.

The report, the photos, the dated tag, and a follow-up date. Paperwork you can forward to anyone who asks.

Try it

Press and hold to run the inspection.

A building has four places trouble hides. Hold the button and watch the scan clear each one.

All clear. That's how every visit ends.

Who calls us

Homes on one side. Buildings and restaurants on the other. Same answer.

Residential

Homes and apartments

The noise in the wall at 2 a.m. The smell that won't leave the bathroom. You want someone who shows up, explains what they're doing, and doesn't make you feel silly for being worried.

  • Same-week visits
  • Plain-words explanation, every time
  • Pet-safe and child-safe treatments
Commercial

Buildings, restaurants, and property managers

You've had vendors who don't show, quotes you can't read, and contractors who vanish after one job. We answer the phone, put every price in writing, and send paperwork you can forward.

  • Written quotes before any work
  • Recurring schedules for multi-unit buildings and kitchens
  • Certificate of insurance on request

Three questions to ask any company

Ask us. Ask anyone. Then compare.

01

Who profits if you find more mold?

Not us. We inspect and write the plan. A separate licensed contractor does the removal, which is what New York State law requires for anything over ten square feet.

02

What will the fire marshal see?

A dated tag on the hood, a clean duct behind the access panel, and a report with the technician's name. That's what an FDNY visit checks, and that's what we leave behind.

03

What happens if the pests come back?

We come back. Every treatment includes a follow-up visit, and we seal the entry points on the first one so there's less to come back for.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

Is the treatment safe for my kids and pets?
Yes. We use child-safe and pet-safe products where they're needed and tell you exactly what was applied and where. If someone in the home has asthma or allergies, tell us and we'll plan around it.
Do you remove the mold too?
No, on purpose. In New York, the company that assesses mold can't be the one that removes it when the area is over ten square feet. We inspect, write the plan, and connect you with a licensed remediation partner. Then we can come back to confirm it's clear.
How often does a restaurant hood need cleaning?
It depends on what and how much you cook. The NFPA 96 standard runs from monthly for solid-fuel cooking to quarterly for high-volume kitchens and semi-annually or annually for lighter use. We'll tell you where your kitchen lands and put it on a schedule.
Will the pests come back?
Sometimes they try. That's why we seal the way in and include a follow-up visit. For apartment buildings and restaurants, a recurring plan keeps it that way.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our license numbers are in the footer, and we'll send a certificate of insurance to any landlord, manager, or building that asks.
What does it cost?
Every job starts with a written quote, and no work starts until you approve it. Inspections are priced flat. Treatments and cleanings depend on the size of the property and the size of the problem.
I need something you don't list. Can you help?
Usually, yes. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, roofing, deep cleaning: we bring in a partner we've worked with before and stay your point of contact the whole way.
